All of my quotes include up to 15 minutes of clean up time and disposal of the old broken glass. I serve the northside of Brisbane from the CBD to Strathpine.

If you need a fast quote over the phone, here's a list of the information I'll ask for. I'm also happy to stop by to have a look and provide a free quote.
- Photos are very helpful. 90% of the time I can provide a quote from only photos if they show both sides of the window and they are taken from a distance so I can see the floor and the surrounding area.
- A rough idea of the size (to the nearest centimeter is fine).
- Is the window easily accessible from inside and outside?
- Is the glass clear, frosted or tinted? (Click here to view photos of common glass types that I can supply.)
I will also need to know if the broken panel is in any of the following locations. This is because any glass I install needs to meet Australian standards by law.
- Within half a metre (50cm) of the floor (inside or outside)
- Part of a door
- Within 30cm of a door
- Within 2 metres of steps or stairs (inside or outside)
- In a bathroom or pool area
